Refund and Return Policy

At Pitru Sanskar, we are committed to providing a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before booking any services.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All Pitru Pooja bookings and associated spiritual services are non-refundable once confirmed and payment is completed. This is due to the personalized nature of the rituals, advance scheduling of priests, and preparation of ritual materials.

2. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The service is canceled by Pitru Sanskar due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The booking was charged incorrectly or duplicated due to a system error.

• The service could not be completed due to technical failures on our end during a virtual session.

In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled date for assistance.

3. Cancellation Requests

• Cancellations can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled pooja.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the service will not be eligible for a refund.

• Approved cancellations may qualify for a reschedule instead of a refund, subject to priest availability.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To initiate a refund or rescheduling request, please contact us with the following details:

• Full name

• Booking ID

• Date and type of service

• Reason for the request

6. Mode of Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

Pitru Sanskar reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted on our website.
